STAND UP PADDLE BOARD
SUP Yoga
SUP Yoga is a yoga practice done on a stand up paddle board. 90 minute session including safety demonstration, yoga, and photo opp. Together we paddle back at sunset enjoying our summer season on Lake of the Ozarks.
