How It Works & Benefits

Infrared Saunas heat the body directly by using infrared waves that fall on the light spectrum. This heat penetrates deep within the body tissues. 

Benefits from using an infrared sauna include, and are certainly not limited to: releasing toxins, stimulating sweat glands, enhances weight loss beyond water weight, decreases inflammation, improves muscle recovery, boosts immune system, sweats out impurities in the skin, and calms the central nervous system.
